In a highly competitive outdoor grill market, this project aimed to differentiate through stand apart features and purposeful design choices.

This project was one of my favorite design journeys, as I worked closely with the engineering team to deliver a product that resulted in multiple patents and award recognition, including recognition in Architectural Digest.

The intent was to look at all aspects of the outdoor cooking experience and find opportunities for distinction. Below are a few:

40-pound hood with innovative counterbalance mechanism, allowing for infinite hands-free positioning Patented integrated lighting system within the raised hood, strategically positioned to illuminate the cooking surface without glare or direct light in the user's eyes Celebrated welded and finish exo stainless frame Dual function overhead broiler and rotisserie burner Branded ceramic radiant trays - patented Laser cut solid plate stainless steel grates Metallic casted chrome accents with scratch hiding textured surfaces
